Position: Full-time / Permanent

Shift: 1st Shift

Pay Rate: $18-$20/hour

Location: Chicopee MA
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Operate molding and assembly machinery following documented procedures
-
Inspect product throughout the shift and stop production when specifications are not met
-
Track production downtime scrap and any machine adjustments
-
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area
-
Use calibrated measuring tools to verify product standards
-
Follow break/lunch schedules and department coverage plans
-
Understand and adhere to ISO procedures and quality policy

Properly mark and segregate non-conforming products
-
Wear appropriate attire and follow all safety/handling protocols
Skills & Qualifications:

Proven ability to follow documented processes

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Verbal and written communication skills; bilingual a plus

Quality-focused with a proactive mindset

Team-oriented with a positive attitude
