Jaguar Land Rover Cape Fear is seeking a motivated customerfocused Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. If youre passionate about luxury vehicles building relationships and providing a bestinclass client experience we want to hear from you.
What Youll Do:
Greet and assist clients in a professional and welcoming manner
Guide clients through the vehicle purchase process with integrity and knowledge
Stay current on product knowledge for Jaguar Land Rover and certified preowned vehicles
Build longterm relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
Follow up with prospects and clients through phone text and email
Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure client satisfaction from start to finish
What Were Looking For:
Proven sales or customer service experience (automotive preferred but not required)
Jaguar Land Rover experience preferred but not necessary
Passion for luxury vehicles and delivering an exceptional customer experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Selfstarter with a drive to succeed and exceed goals
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
