Overview:
A fulltime General Dentist position is available in Napa CA. This role involves performing a wide range of preventive restorative endodontic and surgical procedures within the scope of general dentistry. The position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with other dentists and specialists to provide exceptional care to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform various dental procedures including preventive restorative endodontic and surgical treatments
- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans for patients
- Collaborate with a team of dentists and specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Participate in continuous professional development and training programs
- Option to join the Managing Dentist Program overseeing office operations and mentoring new dentists
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
- Valid dental license in California
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of dental procedures and protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
