General Summary
Provide support to the Department of Computer Science.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Department of Computer Science.
- This includes tutoring in the Computer Science tutoring lab and other duties supporting the mission of Eastern Michigan University.
- Responsible for tutoring working with students on learning strategies and other activities supporting student learning in the Department of Computer Science.
Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelors Degree is required.
Application to the M.S. in Computer Science program is required.
Enrollment in at least 6 graduate credits during the Fall 2025 semester and the Winter 2026 semester in the Department of Computer Science is required.
Ability to work 10 hours per week 50 graduate assistantship) or 20 hours per week 100 graduate assistantship) is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Tutoring experience is helpful.
