To provide overall direction administration and coordination of the project. Ensure the successful
completion of the project in most economical and expedient manner recognizing and capturing
potential opportunities reducing potential liability and achieving intended costs. Assist the Site
Supervisor in planning and direction of the construction activities.
Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established schedules
Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects consultants clients suppliers and subcontractors
Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients
Requirements
Job Requirements:
College Diploma in construction or in Engineering.
10 to 15 years construction related experience with minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.

- Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field is required.
- Min 5 years of project management experience in new construction and remodeling.
- Construction methods and technology knowledge as well as the ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts.
- Understanding of building codes and scheduling methods
- Capability to manage multiple projects at the same time while maintaining a constant focus on quality.
- Jobsite safety practices must be understood.
