Job Description

Overview

Work Arrangement:

***After the initial training period this is a hybrid role working onsite in our Wilmington DE office.***

Daily Quality Assurance (QA) and monitoring of the Banks transactional activities to identify risks trends and potential unusual activity. Ensures transactional activities are in accordance with regulatory and banks guidelines. Assists with escheatment processing and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

  1. Conducts daily QA review and monitoring of transactional activities.
  2. Communicates activity findings to department and management team per department procedures and timelines.
  3. Tracks resolution of findings and communicates to management.
  4. Maintains reports resolution responses and supporting documentation in centralized location.
  5. Analyzes transactional information to identify risks trends and potential unusual activity.
  6. Escalates unusual activity to management.
  7. Assists in escheatment processing per departmental policies and procedures.
  8. Performs other related departmental duties such as processing treasurer checks insurance maintenance and file room support.

Qualifications

Education/Experience Requirements
  • High school or GED or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • 2 years financial services operations experience.
Preferred Requirements
  • Associates Degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Excel Word) applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Efficient and accurate data entry skills.
  • Strong verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A team player able to work effectively in a team fostered multitasking environment.
