Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain longterm relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals
  • Use consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and guide them in selecting the right vehicle
  • Continuously expand product knowledge and sales expertise staying informed on vehicle features optional packages and the latest technologies
  • Conduct professional and engaging demonstrations of new and used vehicles to highlight key features and benefits
  • Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage future referrals
  • Master objectionhandling techniques to navigate sales challenges and maximize success in various situations
  • Report to the Sales Manager on progress towards sales objectives planned activities and performance analysis
  • Bring a positive attitude enthusiasm and a strong work ethic to every sales interaction
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the dealerships goals and operations

Qualifications:

  • Previous Sales Experience: At least 12 years of experience in retail or automotive sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage customers and explain product features clearly and persuasively
  • CustomerCentric Attitude: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients offering personalized service to meet their unique needs
  • Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of vehicle features specifications and market trends; willingness to continuously learn about new products and technologies
  • Strong Negotiation Skills: Ability to guide customers through the sales process and close deals in a professional and effective manner
  • ProblemSolving Abilities: Capacity to handle customer objections and resolve issues with a solutionoriented approach
  • TechSavvy: Comfortable using CRM software online sales tools and other technology to manage customer relationships and track sales activities
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team environment to achieve dealership goals
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fastpaced environment
  • Flexible and Adaptable: Willingness to work evenings weekends and holidays as required to meet customer needs
  • PreEmployment Requirements: Must be able to pass a preemployment drug screen Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check and background check
  • Valid Drivers License: Must possess a valid drivers license with a clean driving record
