RoleOverview:As a Project Manager specializing in CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Braze Eloqua or HubSpot you will lead projects from concept to completion driving strategic solutions to address client challenges. Your expertise in managing multidisciplinary teams optimizing CRM strategies and delivering impactful results will be key to success.
Responsibilities:
Business Analysis
Gain indepth understanding of client business operations within Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other CRM platforms.
Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for designers developers and testers.
Define product features specifications and enhancements to improve CRM effectiveness.
Project Planning &
Define project scope objectives deliverables and assumptions.
Collaborate across teams to create an integrated plan.
Establish key performance metrics and determine team composition effectively.
Oversee crossfunctional project plans ensuring smooth integration with web and mobile technology teams or other integrated teams..
Conduct daily standups and progress updates ensuring clear communication across teams and stakeholders.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead multiple teams 10 members) across CRM & related disciplines.
Set clear goals expectations and direction to drive performance.
Foster collaboration knowledgesharing and continuous learning within teams.
Collaborate with domain leads to provide consistent feedback on team performance and manage personnel issues effectively.
Client Engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring alignment with project goals.
Manage communications expectations negotiations and feedback to enhance client satisfaction.
Provide regular project updates and ensure seamless communication.
GALE Culture & Contribution
Contribute to new hire training and internal process improvements.
Share best practices and insights to enhance team learning.
Participate in evaluating new CRM technologies methodologies and standards across GALE.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
4 to 6 years of experience managing CRM solutions (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Braze Eloqua HubSpot).
Proven track record in leading diverse CRM projects and managing largescale implementations.
2 to 5 years of client management experience handling CRM technology accounts.
Strong expertise in campaign management automation data migration and customer journey personalization.
Experience leading teams of 10 members in fastpaced environments.
Handson experience in endtoend project management from planning to .
Ability to develop solutions aligned with client business goals.
Preferred:
Certification or handson experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Braze / Eloqua / HubSpot.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
