The Role
Join us as we drive innovation in Regulatory life sciences! Veevas Vault RIM suite is the industrys only unified software solution that provides fully integrated regulatory information management (RIM) capabilities including data and document management submission publishing and archival on a single cloudbased platform.
As a leader in our professional services team youll oversee Vault RIM implementations for Life Sciences customers across Europe ensuring seamless delivery talent development and operational excellence.
What Youll Do
- Lead highperforming team of consultants and project managers through consistent transparent coaching and feedback
- Be a trusted advisor to customers on implementation approach methodology and leading practices
- Provide thought leadership on the practices processes tools and offerings
- Contribute to proposals and collaborate with account teams during the sales process
Requirements
- 8 years of handson software implementation experience at a software vendor or consulting firm within the life sciences R&D or healthcare space
- 2 years experience of managing professional services consultants
- Experience rolling out new services or software products
- Proficiency in the regulatory processes and technologies of pharmaceutical animal health or medtech R&D
Nice to Have
- Managed technical delivery in a global setting
- Data & content migration experience
