Job Description
Long And ShortTerm Contingent Positions Worldwide withpreference for Washington DC metro area
PanagoraGroup a woman and employeeowned smallbusiness providing novel and integrated solutions in global health andinternational development provides long and shortterm technical experts tosupport strategic engagement advocacy and knowledge management andcommunications (KMC) activities through strategic planning implementation andcapacity building.
USAIDs Next Generation Global Health Supply Chain Suite ofPrograms (NextGen) ensures quality procurement and delivery of healthcommodities through robust global and local supply chains while strengtheningincountry supply chains. Within this global initiative the ComprehensiveTechnical Assistance for Health Supply Chain and Pharmaceutical Management(Comprehensive TA) IDIQ will strengthen local supply chain systems increasethe availability of qualityassured essential health commodities and strengthenlocal pharmaceutical management capacity. Within Comprehensive TA certain crosscuttingsupport services have been reserved for small business IDIQ holders includingPanagora.
Panagora is currently seeking programmatic and technicalexperts at varying levels (Director Manager Advisor and Specialist etc. tobe proposed as part of an anticipated Comprehensive TA task order. Illustrativeareas of technical expertise we are seeking include:
- Monitoring Evaluation and Learning
- Supply chain and pharmaceutical management assessmentdesign and implementation
- Data quality assessments
- Harmonizing and aligning M&E reporting
- Continuous process improvement
- Collaboration learning and adaptation
- Data analytics and visualization
- Knowledge Management and Communications
- KMCstrategy development and implementation
- KMprocesses and platforms
- Strategiccommunications
- Digitalmedia development and engagement
- Writing/editing
- Translationservices
- Coordination
- Coordination of global and national supply chainand pharmaceutical stakeholders
- Secretariat services for coordination forums
- Regional supply chain and pharmaceuticalharmonization
Candidates with experience in the previously listed areas ofexpertise are encouraged to apply. Potentialpositions are open to all locations worldwide and will be contingent uponcontract award; however applicants based in the Washington DC metro area arepreferred.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with donorfundedprograms preferably USAID projects involving multiple subcontractorspreferably centrally managed and involving worldwide contracts grants andtechnical assistance
- Prior experience with public health supply chainprograms in developing countries
- Familiarity with USG regulations (e.g. FARAIDAR ADS) preferred
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in asecond language preferred
