Providers in this clinic include physicians and advanced practitioners all of whom have been a part of Legacy for several years. Our primary care providers are supported by individually assigned MAs as well as care teams that can include panel coordinators social workers RN case managers behavioral health clinicians and pharmacists.
$274k to $305k annually with twoyear salary guarantee 1.00 FTE)

$3500 annual CME allowance including 40 hours of CME

Responsibilities:
As a physician you are responsible for the patient throughout treatment
Reviewing clinical history providing the physical examination diagnosing and treating both chronic and episodic disorders
Work in collaboration with the team
Maintain own panel of patients and share call coverage for the clinic

Qualification and Licensure Requirements:
MD or DO
Graduate of a fouryear medical school or equivalent and completed internal or family medicine residency
Boardcertified or boardeligible in internal or family medicine
Current Oregon state medical license and DEA certificate
Unrestricted Oregon medical license
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
