Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a senior developer. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills adept at conveying ideas and collaborating with team members and stakeholders. They should exhibit a proactive attitude demonstrating a willingness to take calculated risks and explore innovative approaches to problemsolving. In addition the candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our suite of applications used by our contact center. Applicant should be experienced with working in an agile development environment and familiar with the agile ceremonies. Responsibilities and Duties

Work with the team and project manager to design code test document and deploy.

Learn the application uses and benefits from the users perspective complete working knowledge of the customers workflow.

Design approaches and assist in developing product enhancements (both functional and technical) that satisfy user requirement.

Gather compile analyze and document Software or System Integration Requirements.

Compile and write unit tests functional tests and end to end tests so others can easily understand the program logic.

Execute all phases of software application projects including customer migration defect removal issue resolution or any technical task required to ensure successful deployment.

Prepare documents describing development setup installation and operating procedures for deliverables.

Troubleshoot applications and quickly resolve production issues.

Assist team members and product users with problems.

Identify issues and inconsistencies with data quality and creates processes to overcome system deficiencies.

Mentor junior developers and meet with them regularly.

Experience with building and maintaining Azure pipelines both YAML and classic interface.

Core Technologies:

TFS/Azure Devops React.js ECMAScript/JavaScript jQuery and other JavaScript libraries TSQL .NET 4.5 .NET Core C# Visual Basic

Experience with the following would be a plus:

ELK dashboards and KSQL Application performance monitoring with ELK ELK Synthetics Fortify Burp a knowledge of what an IVR is and how it works Twilio Genesys
