Job Description
Our client is looking for a Patent Agent to join their Patent Prosecution & Litigation Division focused on Chemical Pharmaceutical and Biotech.
This position is eligible to be fully remote.
Minimum Requirements for the position:
- 1 year of experience with the most recent experience in a law firm environment.
- Education and background in chemistry pharmaceutical biotech or something similar.
- Admitted to the USPTO
Compensation:
- Associate role is $205000$305000.
- Patent Agent role is $99600$145800
