World Languages Department Chair Position
Brewster Academy an independent coeducational boarding and day school located in Wolfeboro NH is seeking a World Languages Department Chair position.
The department chair is a key member of the schools academic leadership. Reporting to the Dean of Teaching and Learning Head of Educational Research department chairs oversee teaching and learning in their disciplines; lead decisionmaking related to curriculum instruction and innovation; ensure excellence in professional practices; and foster a culture of growth reflection and continual improvement in their departments. The department chair is expected to teach 3 sections serve as an advisor to a group of 68 students coach lead or support other cocurricular activities or serve as a dorm affiliate.
