Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager the Marketing Manager will support and manage all branding marketing digital engagement partnerships and market development activities targeting our B2B audience specifically hirers. This role involves completing the marketing strategy managing campaigns and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to drive growth and strengthen our brand value proposition.
- Complete marketing strategy for the hirer segment based on the plans that are aligned with business goals and market demands.
- Manage and complete marketing campaigns for acquisition lead generation product usage and retention.Based on regional framework drive coordinated endtoend acquisition lead generation product usage and retention programs for hirers.
- Implement digital marketing strategies including content marketing that are aligned with hirer objectives.
- Complete and schedule own channel communications such as EDM social media website updates sales briefs etc.
- Support PR initiatives that helps build brand value proposition.
- Complete events and onground activations for hirers.
- Diligently monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and return on investment using analytics and data.
- Provide updates and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with multiple cross functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and accomplishment of marketing strategies
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
- At least 68 years of experience in marketing that involves digital and partnerships B2B experience an added advantage.
- Proficiency in social and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Creative and critical thinking abilities with a committed approach.
