As an HR Project Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic HR initiatives ensuring smooth of projects that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. You will work crossfunctionally with HR leadership business stakeholders and external partners to implement process improvements technology solutions and people strategies that align with the companys growth objectives.

What Youll Do:
Lead and manage HR projects from conception to completion ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
Partner with HR leadership and business units to assess project needs define objectives and develop comprehensive project plans.
Coordinate crossfunctional teams ensuring collaboration between HR IT Finance and Operations to optimize processes and system implementations.
Monitor project performance track key metrics and adjust strategies to meet evolving organizational needs.
Drive process improvement initiatives within HR identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
Support change management efforts including communication plans training and stakeholder engagement.
Ensure compliance with legal regulatory and internal policies when implementing HR initiatives.
Facilitate project meetings manage risk assessments and provide regular updates to leadership.
What Youll Bring:
Strong project management skills including the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive results in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and partner with crossfunctional teams.
Experience in HR operations or related fields with a solid understanding of HR processes compliance and best practices.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana Trello or Microsoft Project.
Datadriven mindset with the ability to analyze key HR metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (preferred but not required).
PMP or HRrelated certification (SHRMCP PHR) is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment balancing remote collaboration with inoffice interactions.
