Job Description
Mortgage Broker SelfEmployed (Remote/OfficeBased)
Based in Berkeley Square Mayfair London
Exciting opportunity for experienced mortgage brokers or introducers looking for an independent and rewarding role.
Knowledge and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the mortgage industry working with mortgage values of 200000.
- Proven track record in selfsourcing or referraldriven client acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products and UK lending providers.
- Ability to work independently and handle a portfolio of clients.
- Excellent communication skills and client relationship management.
- Previous experience with high net worth clients buytolet portfolios or commercial mortgages is advantageous.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work independently or with existing clients sourcing and placing mortgage applications.
- Leverage your existing network or develop new referral and lead sources.
- Provide a dedicated personalized service to clients with bespoke mortgage solutions.
- Manage mortgage placements for values 200000 across various product types including remortgages buytolet firsttime buyers and more.
- Use a wide range of mortgage products from all UK providers to tailor solutions for clients needs.
- Charge client fees at your discretion and earn commission based on your performance.
- Maintain regular communication with the team and CEO through Zoom WhatsApp and remote meetings.
- Work remotely from home or use the prestigious Mayfair office as desired.
