Job Description
JSat Automation is hiring a Maintenance Support Technicianstoprovide hardware/software service support for manufacturing and QC laboratorybenchtop systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Liaison with front line support team to respond forequipments and computerized systems support calls and request directed toDigital Plant Benchtop and Shared Services.
- Responsibleto close the related incidents and or request tickets generated for the supportcalls.
- Participatein the resolution of deviation and or related deviations raised due to systemssituations.
- Participateproject of lifecycle management to replace end of life hardware or upgradesoftware.
- Ensuredata quality of local IT assets inventory.
Requirements
Basiccomputer knowledge
GxP basictraining
EHS basictraining
Experienceof supporting Windows Operating Systems and Active Directory.
Hands onexperience of troubleshooting Windows PC Thin Client mobile devices andperipherals.
Effectivelycommunicate with both technical team and nontechnical team.
Goodcustomer service skills.
Strongselfmanagement skill and ability to work independently.
