Federated Cooperatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Contract Specialist on a permanent basis on our Procurement team.

This position is a hybrid opportunity andwill be based in Regina Saskatchewanhowever location may be dependent on the successful candidate.

Were looking for a detailoriented Contract Specialist to lead the strategy for our contract management software (myTrack) driving efficiency and collaboration across teams. This is a unique opportunity to shape processes manage key data and make a significant impact on project success.

What youll do:

  • Oversee the vendor management process ensuring adherence to FCL standards managing communications with Management Controls Inc. and developing a governance team to drive continuous improvement and collaborative decisionmaking.
  • Developing and maintaining the project schedule for contract management software implementation coordinating meetings with stakeholders and ensuring vendor validation sheets are accurate and signed off by both internal and external parties.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and maintain contract management software dashboards processes and training materials while overseeing the vendor management process. You will train and support Vendor Timekeepers Supervisors Approvers and Authorizers ensure data integrity coordinate with various departments to resolve system issues and collaborate with Plant Security on badgerelated matters impacting the system.
  • Managing labor equipment and material rates along with other charges to ensure compliance within contract management software. You will create and assign schedules manage labor resource activities ensure proper badge event flow and maintain user accounts and profiles for accurate billing and calculations.
  • Managing override requests auditing vendor compliance and overseeing daily business processes and timesheet entries to ensure accurate reflection in the ERP system. You will maintain auditable documents and generate weekly reports on unallocated hours unaccepted hours and unauthorized charges.

The Collaborators:You willcollaborate across the organization with members from our Coop Refinery Complex as well as FCL vendors.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Procurement and:

  • Have 35 years experience working with Vendor management systems (myTrack CMS and other ERP systems preferred). JDE experience is considered an asset.
  • Have a Bachelors Degree with a preference for Business Operations Management Supply Chain (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)
  • Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) designation is an asset.
