About you

You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:
- 5 years of experience in fullstack web development with a focus on Python React and microservices architecture.
- Expertise in Python development especially with Django REST Framework or similar frameworks.
- Strong experience in frontend technologies including HTML JavaScript and ReactJS.
- Handson experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL DynamoDB and others (e.g. PostgreSQL MongoDB).
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and designing systems that scale effectively.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining RESTful APIs and working with API integration.
- Familiarity with Docker Git CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of performance optimization scalability and faulttolerant systems.
- Experience with unit/integration testing and writing quality maintainable code.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to debug complex issues in both frontend and backend systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to manage time effectively and deliver highquality solutions within deadlines.
- Proficiency in English as the role requires direct communication with USbased clients.
You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain both backend services and frontend applications.
- Build implement and scale microservices architectures that support highperformance highavailability and highly scalable systems.
- Collaborate with product managers designers and other engineers to define the best approaches and deliver quality software.
- Develop maintain and optimize backend services and APIs using Python (Django REST Framework) and React.
- Work with frontend technologies such as ReactJS HTML and JavaScript to build responsive and intuitive user interfaces.
- Ensure robust database interactions and integration with MySQL DynamoDB and other SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Create and manage RESTful APIs ensuring high performance scalability and security.
- Focus on improving application performance addressing bottlenecks and ensuring efficient data flow across systems.
- Write unit integration and systemlevel tests to ensure code reliability and quality.
- Participate in code reviews collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for improvement and provide technical guidance.
- Stay uptodate with emerging technologies and best practices in fullstack development.
