About Us:
At Asphalt Contractors Inc. our concrete crews handle a wide range of workflatwork curb and gutter sidewalks and structural pours for commercial municipal and private projects. With a growing division and steady workflow were looking for someone to help lead and support our concrete operations.
Whether youve led crews in the field or supported project from an operational level we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Help coordinate and oversee concrete job sites
Assist with layout setup and forming as needed
Communicate with foremen crews and project managers
Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
Lead by example in the field and help train team members
Work directly with customers or general contractors when needed
Support a positive safety culture
Ideal Experience:
Background in concrete flatwork curb & gutter or formed work
Leadership experience preferred but not required
Ability to read plans and work with layout and grades
Hardworking adaptable and teamfocused
Valid drivers license
