Job/Practice Description:
- Family Medicine Physician
- Location: Findlay OH 40mins from Toledo)
- Outpatient clinic associated with a 150 bed Level III Trauma Center
- 100 outpatient no hospital call light 1:3 practice call
- Flexible Schedule options! Option of extended morning or evening hours
- Schedule Options: 3x12s) 4x10s) or 5x8s)
- Week On/Week Off7am7pm MonThurs 7am5pm Fri 4hr Sat)
- 1210hr Days/28Day Block(WedFri 3 days on/2 off MonWed 3 days on/6 off)
- Welcome residents fellows and experienced physicians
- Busy established practices and staff
- EMR: Cerner
- 24hr inhouse adult and pediatric hospitalist services
Profile Background:
- Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine
- Ability to hold an Ohio State License
