Position: Trainee/ Offroll Person
Department: IT Support
Budget: 10 to 12 K stipend per month
Key Skills:
1 PC Hardware and troubleshooting
2 Installation and troubleshooting of Softwares like MS Office AcrobatReader Do PDF TeamViewer AnyDesk WinZip WinRAR Antivirus
3 Basic knowledge of ERP / SAP clients.
2 Network Troubleshooting (LAN and WAN) IP addressing RJ54 crimping
3 Installation Configuration and troubleshooting of Windows operatingsystem Windows 7 8.1 and 10
4 Knowledge of Windows Update and Security Updates
5 Can solve technicalproblems remotely also on the phone
7 Basic Knowledge of Domain DNS and DHCP
8 WiFi Device configuration and troubleshooting
9 Awareness of Browser Internet Internet Speed
10 Installation Configuration and troubleshooting of Network Printer USB Printer Scanner
11 Basic Knowledge of Email.
