Powersports Parts and Accessory Specialist
Do you have a passion for powersports and a knack for helping people
If you love motorcycles ATVs UTVs or personal watercraft and thrive in a fastpaced environment then this powersports parts and accessory specialist role might be perfect for you!
Responsibilities:
- Gear Up Our Customers: Assist customers in finding the perfect parts and accessories for their powersports vehicle. This includes recommending products answering questions and providing knowledgeable advice on maintenance and customization.
- Be a Parts Pro: Utilize your knowledge of powersports parts and accessories to identify parts from customer descriptions and interpret repair orders from technicians. Maintain a deep understanding of our inventory to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Ordering Ace: Process customer and technician parts orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain clear communication on order status and keep customers informed of any backordered items.
- Inventory Rockstar: Maintain a clean organized and wellstocked parts department. Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure parts are readily available for customer needs.
- Customer Service Champion: Deliver exceptional customer service both inperson and over the phone. Be friendly professional and passionate about helping customers achieve their powersports goals.
- Team Player: Collaborate effectively with the sales and service departments to ensure all parts needs are met.
Qualifications:
- Enthusiasm for powersports vehicles (motorcycles ATVs UTVs personal watercraft)
- Strong understanding of powersports parts and accessories
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer software and pointofsale systems
- Valid drivers license (may be required)
