Job Description
Education and Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field
- At least 5 years experience in full stack development framework
- Ability to gain an understanding of customer processes and issues
- Ability to work in teams and individually when needed
- Ability to demonstrate excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and nontechnical stakeholders both verbally and in written form
Competencies
- The candidate will be required to present data and concepts to internal and external stakeholders regularly. Therefore they must possess excellent presentation and communication skills and be comfortable with public speaking.
- The candidate must demonstrate excellent project management and organizational skills required to develop detailed project timelines with key milestones and deliverables
- The candidate must be collaborative and work effectively across crossfunctional teams to drive projects.
- The ideal candidate is an independent thinker and selfmotivated to address technical challenges.

Physical Demands

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Python developer to join the digital and innovation team. You will work closely with the data analyst & science and development team to empower our backend services. Candidate will also have opportunities to work on full stack development cloud computing microservices big data and other modern technology topics.
Essential Functions

- At least 5 years of experience in software engineering
- Experience with web development web performance optimization techniques
- Indepth understanding of web frameworks such as Flask Django etc
- Solid computer science fundamentals in algorithms and data structures
- Experience in data manipulation such as Pandas Numpy etc
- Experience with REST API
- Experience with SQL
- Excellent problemsolving skills
Desirable
- Front end development experience
- Basic data analyze skills
- Experience with cloud platforms: AWS Azure Google cloud
- Experience with message queues
- Experience with microservice architecture
- Experience with Docker
