Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Outstanding interpersonal written and vocal communication abilities.
- Operating Experience with switches routers and access points made by Cisco and Netgear.
- Its beneficial to be knowledgeable about MAC OS Linux OS Windows Server and AD Server.
- Installation of printers cameras and also familiarity with Biomatric Systems (Access Control)
- Operating Experience of NGFW: Paloalto Fortigate and Sophos firewalls
- Experience creating policies and rules for NAT IPSEC remote VPN and PAT.
- Handle tickets and provide the resolution from Level1 to Level3.
- Assure that network services are continuously available and meet our contractual obligations (SLA)
- Strong background in the analysis debugging and upkeep of enterprise data networks.
- familiarity with intrusion detection firewall rules and threat protection as they relate to networks.
- diagnosing and resolving problems with latency bandwidth and connectivity in networks.
- Compliance points and obtaining client consent for compliance points.
- searching for the installation and configuration of various applications such as ITMS EMS VMS and PAS.
- Good to have knowledge on data security ISO2701.
- Currently working on largescale network implementation and configuration.
- Migrations servers storage switches and their accessories installed and configured.
- Determining and computing the requirements for server storage and network installation
- IP Schema preparation and VLAN configuration.
- Fixing Network
- Resolving and debugging network connectivityrelated problems.
- overseeing the core aggregation and access layers of networking architecture.

- Windows Servers Linux Servers
- Assure Network connectivity troubleshooting VPN and remote dialin support Windows 1011 Linux and Mac OS environments.
- Good to have knowledge on Cloud services likeGCP AWS
- Problem solving Communication Interpersonal skills SLA Management (Incident Problem Configuration Service Request) Technical support and troubleshooting Escalation procedures Teamwork and collaboration Leadership abilities Hardware and software installation Service desk ticketing system User support and management.
