Senior Project Engineer OnSite (Farmington Hills MI)
Raizan Solutions LLC is hiring for their client as a direct hire. We do not charge candidates.
Position Overview:
We are seeking anexperienced Senior Project Engineerto supportmultiple industrial construction projectsin Farmington Hills MI. The ideal candidate ishighly organized proactive and detailoriented with aselfstarter mindset and the ability to excel in a fastpaced environment.
This role requiresstrong technical skills in construction plan reading project coordination cost estimation and quality control.The selected candidate will work closely withProject Managersto oversee multiple projects and ensure seamless .
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management.
- Minimum of 4 years working for a General Contractor.
- Proficiency in AutoDesk Bluebeam Excel and Outlook.
- Strong ability to read and interpret civil drawings confidently.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to handle high expectations and work with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Project Managersto ensure smooth project .
- Analyze and interpret civil drawingswith confidence.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneouslyensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.
- Utilize AutoDesk Bluebeam Excel and Outlookto track project progress.
- Maintain rigorous documentation RFIs and submittalsto support project efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with construction methods materials and quality control standards.
Additional Information:
- This role is for candidates who want to remain Project Engineers.
- The role involves working under a demanding yet experienced Project Manager.
- Heavy administrative work including blueprint reading RFIs and submittals.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary (performancebased bonuses & profit sharing available).
- 401(k) Contribution:Automatic 3 after one year.
- Car Allowance:Available based on candidate qualifications.
- Paid Time Off (PTO):
- 10 days per year.
- Increases to 15 days after two years.
- Further adjustments for 5 years of tenure.

- 90 inoffice 10 onsite
- Hours:7:30 AM 4:00/4:30 PM
