Responsibilities:
- Design and develop chatbots using various platforms and tools
- Gather and analyze user requirements to create effective chatbot solutions
- Build conversational flows scripts and responses to simulate natural interactions
- Integrate chatbots with existing systems and databases to provide accurate information
- Test and troubleshoot chatbot functionalities to ensure smooth user experiences
- Optimize chatbot performance by analyzing user interactions and refining responses
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and tailor chatbot solutions
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in chatbot technology
- Provide training and support to clients and endusers on chatbot usage
- Continuously monitor and improve chatbot performance based on user feedback
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (Masters degree is a plus)
- Proven experience as a Chatbot Builder or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of chatbot development platforms and tools (e.g. Dialogflow Microsoft Bot Framework)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python JavaScript or Node.js
- Excellent understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and AI technologies
- Problemsolving mindset and creative thinking
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze user interactions and refine chatbot responses
- Experience with chatbot integration and API usage
- Familiarity with customer service and user experience principles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
