Were building the intelligence platform to help busy homeowners manage their houses repairs maintenance and all the random stuff in between. Were looking for someone whos flexible curious good with people and has enough technical chops to get into the code and the data.
You could be a great fit if:
- You enjoy talking with customers and figuring out what they actually need not just what they say.
- Youre comfortable doing some light manual labor (e.g. helping survey a floor walking through a house talking with homeowners taking photos putting together a report on site).
CS Degree required but you dont need to be a full-time active developer but you need to:
- Read interpret debug and improve code.
- Understand code architecture and contribute meaningfully.
- You can vibe code meaning you understand whats going on and can make improvements without needing hand-holding.
- Youre excited to go deep on Databricks: uploading data building apps managing pipelines writing notebooks all of it.
- Youre good working on a team of 34 people doing whatever is needed whether its data alignment business ops product testing or customer interviews.
- You like working on something that actually helps people and has real-world impact.
Bonus
- Experience with early-stage startups
- Exposure to housing construction or inspection industries
- Good storytelling skills (especially around product dev or UX)
