Are you technically savvy analytically strong and passionate about guiding customers through the successful implementation of software solutions Then iPoint is the perfect place for you!
As an Implementation Consultant Automotive (m/f/d) you will play a key role in implementing our solutions supporting customers from requirement analysis to golive.
Your profile
- A university degree in IT Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience as a consultant in software implementation ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Industry experience in the automotive sector particularly in manufacturing or material management/compliance.
- Strong understanding of IMDS data and its application in the automotive industry.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); German is a plus.
- Experience with iPoint compliance solutions (iPCA and SCIP) is a plus.
Your mission
- Guide customers through the implementation process to ensure smooth and alignment with project and business objectives.
- Advise customers on strategy process optimization and best practices for leveraging iPoint solutions.
- Assist in detailed requirement analysis process mapping and documentation.
- Ensure the implemented solution meets all project requirements and is ready for customer reviews and golive.
- Conduct customer training to ensure full understanding and maximum benefit from iPoint solutions.
- Build and maintain longterm customer relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Work closely with internal teams to address customer needs and facilitate knowledge transfer.
Collaborate with product management project management and customers to align on requirements and solutions.
