Job Description
Senior Scientist/Principal Scientist in Chemistry (based in China must be willing to relocate)
Division/Department: Discovery Chemistry
Line Managers Title: Director of Chemistry
Location: Shanghai/Beijing/Wuxi/Shijiazhuang
Salary: 3.5k3.9k USD Per Month

Requirements
Responsibility:
- Design synthetic route and synthetic plan based on the chemistry plan using SciFinder/Reaxys or AI design software. Strong ability of designing the efficient and convergent synthetic route. Skilled in literature search
- Deep understanding on organic chemistry and mechanism
- Expertise in trouble shooting and optimizing multistep synthesis of small molecules
- Manage a team up to 10 chemists for highquality delivery of small molecular compounds
- Support the daily work of the project leader and report the progress to the supervisor
- 50 time on the bench for trouble shooting 50 time on team management
Requirements
- Ph.D. degree in organic chemistry or related fields graduated from US or EU are preferred
- Undergraduate school in China 985 is preferred
- Good English oral and writing communication skills
