Mold Set Up - Injection Molding

Essential Responsibilities.

Perform removal and set up of molds per process documentation..

Work with maintenance engineering and tooling personnel to solve moldrelated issues..

Basic understanding of molding machine operations regarding mold setting..

Complete and maintain all required paperwork..

Perform preventative maintenance as necessary..

Ability to use and understand Mack Moldings ISO policies and procedures..

Follow all safety rules and regulations..

Maintain Macks standard of housekeeping in all areas..

Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Qualifications/License/Education/Required Experience.

High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience..

Basic verbal written and math skills..

Must be able to obtain and maintain a MackIssued Forklift License.

Senior Mold setUp Qualifications.

5 or more years experience in molding setup or related field..

Demonstrated skills and ability at a higher level.

Unusual Working Conditions.

Exposure to temperatures of between 50F to 110F

Unusual Physical Requirements.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required when necessary.

Ability to bend walk climb and/ or stand for prolonged periods of time..

Ability to work a 12hour shift schedule.
