In the Department of Medicine we are growing and are excited to add to our team! The Sr. Contract/Grant Coordinator will work as part of the Central Research Team. Under general supervision this position provides professional support in the postaward financial management of awards and acts as a liaison between the faculty and central offices for required university approvals. This position requires a proficient understanding of research administration concepts guidelines and principles. The position will work closely with the Central Research Contract/Grant Manager and will assist the team in achieving team goals and the DOMs mission.
This position is located on the OUHSC campus with a flexible hybrid remote option possible for experienced candidates. In office work is required for a minimum of 90 days before a remote work schedule can be agreed upon. It is at the discretion of the supervisor if more than 90 days is necessary for in office work.
Under general supervision provides postaward administrative support to a state or national level sponsored grant or contract program by coordinating award setup report preparation award closeout and performing accounting duties for the program.
