Job Description

What youll do:
You will provide an exceptional experience to our guests from reservation and throughout their stay until check out. On a daily basis you will:
- Complete reception tasks such as taking bookings preparing invoices checking guests in and out
- Answer phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally
- Communicate with other departments to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals or to ensure guest needs are met
What youll bring:
- Strong guest or customer service experience. Knowledge of booking systems. NewBook or RMS is an advantage!
- A want to go over and above and engage in great conversations with our guests
- A can do attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
- Problem solving skills including the ability to apply mathematical skills in a workplace context
- Flexibility to work across other areas of the business if required
