What Youll Do
- Perform inspections and maintenance in compliance with manufacturer recommendations regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Diagnose test and troubleshoot aircraft systems and structures.
- Certify completed work and maintain accurate documentation in line with Transport Canada and company policies.
- Lead by exampleensure safety procedures proper protective measures and clean workspaces are always upheld.
- Provide mentorship and training to team members as needed.
- Assist with aircraft modifications from avionics upgrades to structural changes affecting flight characteristics.
- Report hazards incidents or safety concerns promptly to management.
What You Bring to the Team
College diploma in Aircraft Maintenance from a Transport Canadaapproved institution.
13 years of experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer.
Valid AME M2 license.
Previous Aircraft Certification Authority (ACA) with an Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO) is a plus.
Strong troubleshooting skills attention to detail and ability to work in a fastpaced handson environment.
