As a globally recognized test pilot school we train elite pilots and flight test professionals using cuttingedge technology and a diverse fleet of 20 aircraft including military jet trainers single and twinpiston aircraft large amphibious planes helicopters and advanced simulators.

Our Engineering & Maintenance (E&M) team plays a crucial role in ensuring our aircraft meet the highest standards for performance safety and innovation. From routine maintenance to complex modifications that impact flight characteristics every project is handson collaborative and missiondriven.

What Youll Do

  • Perform inspections and maintenance in compliance with manufacturer recommendations regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Diagnose test and troubleshoot aircraft systems and structures.
  • Certify completed work and maintain accurate documentation in line with Transport Canada and company policies.
  • Lead by exampleensure safety procedures proper protective measures and clean workspaces are always upheld.
  • Provide mentorship and training to team members as needed.
  • Assist with aircraft modifications from avionics upgrades to structural changes affecting flight characteristics.
  • Report hazards incidents or safety concerns promptly to management.

What You Bring to the Team

College diploma in Aircraft Maintenance from a Transport Canadaapproved institution.
13 years of experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer.
Valid AME M2 license.
Previous Aircraft Certification Authority (ACA) with an Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO) is a plus.
Strong troubleshooting skills attention to detail and ability to work in a fastpaced handson environment.
Passion for aviation and innovation with a desire to contribute to groundbreaking flight test programs.
