Job Description
Analyze and interpret business requirements provided by clients
Write clean wellstructured XML configurations
Prepare and maintain structured CSV datasets for testing or configuration purposes
Validate the technical quality of configurations delivered by the team
Provide guidance and support to team members 46 people) ensuring consistency and accuracy
Communicate effectively with developers and the Customers technical and nontechnical stakeholders to ensure alignment across the team
Pay close attention to detail edge cases and domainspecific logic
Qualifications :
At least 3 years of experience in a technical role involving work with structured data (XML CSV configuration or similar)
Background in software development or computer science (formal education or practical experience)
Understanding of programming principles (preferably in .NET or similar language)
Experience leading or mentoring technical teams
Ability to work with formal specifications
Ability to learn new business domains and work with technical documentation independently
At least an Intermediate level of English. UpperIntermediate is preferred as you will be working with the UKbased Customer
WOULD BE A PLUS
Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines
