Exciting Opportunity: Senior Engineering Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global manufacturing company seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead their dynamic engineering function. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key leadership role within a fastpaced and regulated environment.

- Strategic Leadership: Oversee Maintenance Technical Engineering and Engineering Projects ensuring maximum production uptime and asset management.
- Regulatory & Compliance Focus: Lead engineering audits and ensure compliance with industry regulations (MHRA FDA cGMP).
- People & Project Management: Manage multidisciplinary teams drive process improvements and oversee capital projects within a global pharmaceutical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering teams across Maintenance Project Engineering and Engineering Projects ensuring operational efficiency.
- Ensure all engineering activities align with health & safety regulations and quality compliance standards.
- Drive strategic initiatives for asset management capital projects and process improvements.
- Provide technical expertise for the maintenance and procurement of process equipment utilities and facilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to optimize engineering support and vendor management.
- Monitor budgets and project performance ensuring cost control and timely .
- Develop and mentor teams fostering a positive and highperforming business culture.
The Person:
- Qualifications: Degree in Engineering (or significant experience in a leadership role).
- Experience: Extensive engineering experience within a regulated industry Strong background in managing maintenance engineering projects and capital investments.
- Skills: Proven leadership abilities excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
