Job Description
Essential Job Functions:
- Ensure excellent guest relations.
- Post bets from patrons and redeem Sports Wagering Operations tickets or vouchers through the allocated Bet America Sports Casino system.
- Control cash levels between cage areas.
- Handle currency checks and chips.
- Assist with credit related activities such as processing credit applications.
- Communicate with pit personnel.
- Supervise all Cage Cashiers develop schedules train.
- Perform daytoday operations of cage cashiering and credit functions.
- Assist in balancing windows/banks and Main Bank.
- Follow established procedures and internal control policies.
- All other duties as assigned with the normal operation of a Cashiers Cage.
- Responsible for immediately informing onsite IGC Agent on duty Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company SelfReporting Policy.
Other Job Functions:
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- Experience Required: Three years experience as a Cage Cashier. Supervisor experience preferred.
- Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills Knowledge and/or Abilities Required: Ability to perform mathematics functions ability to effectively interact with people. Must have ability to meet tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Marine and/or Security departments during times of emergency or otherwise as required of the crew of a Coast Guard certified vessel.
- Licenses Certifications Bonding and/or Testing Required: Indiana Gaming Commission Occupational License Level 2.
- Other Specialized Requirements: Ability to work any shift ability to lift 25 pounds frequently.
