Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly closings and adeptly prepare monthly financial statements
- Develop and monitor KPIs metrics and management reports to guide senior management in strategic decisions
- Enhance cash flow management and foster daytoday banking relationships
- Coordinate the preparation of internal and external financial statements
- Provide comprehensive management reports supporting effective decisionmaking
- Contribute to the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting
- Offer recommendations for benchmarking financial and operating performance
- Liaise with external auditors leading financial audits and suggesting improvements
- Provide financial analysis for contract negotiations and investment decisions
- Participate in and often lead systems improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with statutory taxes and financial regulations
- Undertake other duties as required
Qualifications:
- CPA designation
- 510 years of experience in the preparation and analysis of financial statements
- Proven ability to manage all aspects of A/R A/P and G/L including reconciliations
- Strong analytical decisionmaking and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication (verbal written and interpersonal) and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate at all organizational levels
Technical Competencies:
- Proficient computer skills including the ability to operate computerized accounting spreadsheet and word processing programs
- Highly proficient in email and calendar management
