Job Description:
Currently we are looking for a vice president who would join Alantras Solar investment team. The professional will be fully involved in the daytoday operations of the fund including:
- Supervising the analyststeam in supporting the equity and debtraising activities.
- Lead the different stages: structuring Due Diligence coordination clients negotiation review of legal documentation.
- Experience in leading the team preparing investment memos and presenting investments to the investment committee. Boards etc...
Requirements:
- BBA in Business Administration Economics Finance Engineering or similar. MBA is valuable.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in credit funds private equity hedge funds debt advisory or M&A.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) and ideally a third language (preferably German French Italian or Portuguese).
- International experience in other country is highly valuable.
- Strong interest in the financing and debt markets.
- Strong academic background and financial knowledge (including accounting financial statement analysis and valuation).
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to contribute with your own ideas.
- Proficiency in the use of Excel Power Point Word and Outlook.
- Capable of working under pressure and in a context of shifting priorities.
- Impeccable communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
- Committed driven and with capacity to show initiative.
- Attention to detail.
