About the role & where youll beworking
This position provides procurement contract management and contract administration support and related services to Southern Cross Care to achieve best possible value for money.
This position is located in our central office in Rivervale. This is position offers a flexible working environment with a mix of working in the office and from home.
Well also be asking you to:
- Develop implement monitor and ensure compliance with procurement policies procedures and good industry practise
- Guide and support the organisation in all procurement and purchasing activities to realise efficiencies in process and ensure policy probity and best value for money is achieved and maintained
- Work with the business to scope and specify their requirements and identify cost savings and efficiencies that will benefit the organisation
- Proactively plan and manage procurement processes from the initial identification of a business need through to contract and ongoing contract and vendor management
- Maintain and keep current the supplier database and all purchasing catalogues pricing and product information
- Prepare and present regular analytical reports on supplier expenditure performance contractual compliance and pricing ensuring the timely and costeffective supply of goods and services
About You:
The ideal candidate will have experience with Power BI SQL and/or database querying equipment consumables and durables in a health related or aged care environment. Proficient in MS Office including word excel outlook etc.
