Professional Land Surveyor

Job Responsibilities:
Utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D for design and drafting
Project Management to include schedule budge personnel and resources
Business development and relationship management for public and private clients
Coordination and supervision of multiple crews and survey CAD technicians on daytoday operations
Perform other work as directed including assisting survey manager with estimates and proposals preparing field packets and compiling deliverables in CAD
Creation of boundary topographic and easement maps
Assist engineering & surveying management with requested assignments
Job Qualifications:
Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) required. North Carolina and/or South Carolina PLS license are preferred
Must have experience building business relationships with current and potential client
Must have experience with Easement/ Rightof Way Surveys Plats ALTAs boundaries property descriptions and topographic survey
Experience with CAD and survey computation software including Civil3D Carlson Survey and Trimble Business Center
Field experience operating survey equipment (GPS Total Station Scan Station sUAS)
