What Youll Do:

• Be the CEOs Strategic Right Hand Work closely with Charlotte to structure priorities optimize decisionmaking and keep operations running at full speed. Ensure her time is focused on the highestimpact areas by handling key tasks and information flow.

• Run DaytoDay Operations Keep key projects meetings and workflows on track to ensure focus and .

• Optimize Processes & Solve Problems Identify bottlenecks improve workflows and implement systems that increase efficiency.

• Manage Stakeholder Coordination Act as a bridge between teams investors and partners to remove blockers and align .

• Take Ownership of Drive operational initiatives from start to finish ensuring measurable outcomes.

Who You Are:

• First Work Experience in FastPaced Environments Prior experience as a working student or intern in a fastgrowing startup toptier consultancy investment banking or a similarly dynamic and highperformance setting is highly beneficial.
