The Opportunity
This 912 month fixedterm contract is a unique opportunity to support a worldclass R&D team during a pivotal year for Slice. With significant growth and innovation ahead in 2025 youll play a key role in ensuring a positive employee experience and providing handson HR support. As the sole HRBP in the UK youll not only partner with R&D teams globally but also handle local UK HR matters
The Role
As an R&D HR Business Partner you will play a key role in providing handson HR support to employees and managers ensuring a positive and engaging workplace experience. Partnering closely with R&D teams youll assist with daytoday HR needs including onboarding employee relations performance management learning and development and total rewards. Youll support managers in handling peoplerelated challenges offering guidance on policies best practices and employee wellbeing. Your role will focus on fostering a supportive work environment ensuring compliance and helping employees navigate their development and career growth.
