Job Description

As an Associate National Account Manager ECommerce for our Moen brand youll be part of our Lowes Account team helping drive the success of our Lowes online business. Youll collaborate with the Lowes Account team content channel marketing and supply chain. This role offers handson exposure to large account management and is designed to prepare you for future growth into a full National Accounts Manager position. 

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated detailoriented and excited about growing their career in account management. You are eager to learn thrive in crossfunctional team environments and bring a strong understanding of retail digital merchandising or eCommerce operations. Experience supporting Lowes or another national retailer is a plus. Above all this person is looking to build a foundational experience that can lead to a longterm path in national account management.

Location: This remote position is based in Mooresville NC / the Charlotte NC metro area. We anticipate minimal travel 4 5 times per year)

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for Lowes eCommerce businesses with focus on core growth promotional planning/ supply chain excellence and content optimization.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with all Lowes buying teams including merchants supply chain merchant assistants and promotional management teams.
  • Partner with product content specialists finance and channel marketing to coordinate and implement targeted new product launches promotions and media activations.
  • Communicate opportunities issues and trends to management and marketing teams both short and long term to manage business effectively.
  • Effectively manage marketing promotional and T&E budget.
  • Coordinate and manage line review cycle with Lowes to grow and expand our business.
  • Manage and plan new growth agreements based on exclusivity timing and product designs

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications

  • 25 years of experience in sales channel marketing or retail account support (preferably focused on Lowes and retail channels)
  • Strong interpersonal skills including written and verbal communications
  • Comfortable presenting to internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success in problemsolving creative and innovative thinker
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and crossfunctionally (e.g. Marketing Product Management Engineering etc).

Nice to Have:

  • Bachelors degree preferably in business marketing or similar
  • Experience using Lowes IMA Portal


Additional Information :

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $60000 USD $99000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and location. In addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a rolebased sales incentive plan.
