- Demonstrates a strong business understanding and strategic partnership with business line management to evaluate and influence workforce planning succession planning and career planning decisions
- Ensures the effective delivery of programs plans and guidelines in line with corporate philosophy and principles
- Leverages strategic and predictive analytics to proactively identify opportunities in workforce plans and processes to ensure optimal resource development and deployment for near term and longer term organizational and staffing needs
- Ensures aligned succession plans for key positions and individual career plans for optimal S&D decisions and influence of same
Job Role Summary
- Manages the overall operations of the Career Community
- Validates processes across Career Communities to ensure effective integration
- Responsible for deep understanding of the career community health individually and collectively across all career communities
- Facilitates general interest solutions and influence S&D strategies with broad perspectives and insights
