W Brisbane located at 81 N Quay Brisbane City QLD 4000 is hiring a Part Time Pastry Commis Chef. As a Pastry Commis Chef in a luxury hotel you will have the opportunity to uphold the exceptional culinary standards expected in a premium hospitality setting.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare ingredients such as cooking portioning chopping and storing food
- Prepare and bake food according to recipes quality standards presentation standards and food preparation checklists
- Support chefs by ensuring all ingredients are prepared and available
- Ensure the work station is organized restocked and adhering to hygiene and safety standards
