Job Description
- Always maintain a positive empathetic and professional attitude toward customers.
- Responding to customer inquiries as soon as possible.
- Using various channels to communicate with customers.
- Recognizing and resolving customer complaints
- Knowing our products inside and out allows you to respond to questions.
- Orders forms applications and requests are all processed.
- Keeping track of customer interactions transactions feedback and complaints.
- As needed communicate and coordinate with coworkers.
- Giving feedback on the customer service processs efficiency.
- In charge of a group of junior customer service representatives.
- Provide professional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- A high school diploma a general education degree or an equivalent is required.
- Ability to remain calm in the face of stressed or upset customers.
- Excellent communication skilla
- Working knowledge of customer service.
