Job Description

THE ROLE:
As a Sr. Contracts Administrator you are critical in managing the companys contractual processes with increased autonomy ensuringcompliance with laws regulations and company standards. This advanced role demands robust contract lifecycle managementstrategic collaboration across departments and the implementation of riskminimizing strategies. You are responsible for overseeingdaily contractual activities leading project managers and business development efforts enhancing system efficiencies andsafeguarding MTIs compliance with reporting requirements

Your Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the comprehensive management of MTIscontract lifecycle including advanced negotiation draftingand of contracts.
    • Ensure strict compliance with all pertinent lawsregulations and company standards.
    • Provide expert support to internal stakeholders deliveringessential contract documentation and leadingimprovements in contractrelated processes.
    • Manage and enhance contract databases and filing systems toensure superior tracking and documentation efficiency.
    • Lead collaborations with finance project management and otherdepartments to secure profitable contracts and propel companywide strategicinitiatives

Your Experience

    • Bachelors degree preferred
    • 5 years of demonstrated work experience in a contracts procurement or acquisition environment.
    • Advanced knowledge of contract law procurementregulations Federal Acquisition Regulations and complianceframeworks.
    • Exceptional organizational skills with the capability tooversee multiple contracts and complex tasks.
    • Superior communication and interpersonal skills foreffective leadership and stakeholder engagement.
    • Expertise in database management and proficiency with contractmanagement software.
    • Strategic problemsolving skills with a track record of processimprovement and innovation.
    • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
