Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
As a PRN Physical Therapist youll have the opportunity to work with patients in outpatient clinics and provide home health therapy in the community. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough evaluations of patients physical abilities including strength mobility and endurance.
Developing personalized treatment plans to address mobility balance pain management and recovery from injuries surgeries or illnesses.
Providing physical therapy interventions to enhance rehabilitation and functional independence.
Educating patients and caregivers on techniques for improving daily living activities and fall prevention.
Assisting patients with the use of assistive devices like walkers wheelchairs and braces.
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and support.
Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelors masters or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
- License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist.
